NSA Crane Lauded For Low Energy Use

(CRANE) - The NSA Crane team out of Crane, Indiana, led by Capt. Mark Walsh, has been selected by the Secretary of the Navy to receive a gold level achievement award for its efforts in energy conservation.

In a statement to award recipients, Naval Secretary Don Winter congratulated the energy conscious units of the Navy and Marine Corps and encouraged both branches of the military to continue to conserve energy.

The gold level of achievement notes a naval program or activity has a, "very good to outstanding energy program," according to the United States Navy.
