Head On Wreck Injures Two
(SPRINGVILLE) - A head-on collision on Springville Judah Rd. injured two, including a 7-year-old girl Monday morning.
38-year-old Tamara Sanders of Bedford was driving her 7-year-old daughter to Springville Elementary School in a hurry.
According to the sheriff's office report, the other driver, 46-year-old Danny Thomas of Bedford said Sanders' vehicle crossed the center line and started heading straight for his pickup. Thomas said he moved over as far as he could to the side of the road and said Sanders tried to cut right at the last second. She was too late and struck the pickup head-on.
Sanders says she doesn't know what happened, but after the accident, complained of being sore all over, and her daughter Abby was treated for a contusion to her eye at Dunn Memorial Hospital.
