Electricity Restored In Mitchell

(MITCHELL) - A section of Mitchell lost power Tuesday afternoon after an insulator failed at a nearby Duke Energy substation.
Over 1,600 residents were dark for over two hours as workers attempted to replace the bad electrical part.
Duke Energy spokeswoman Angeline Protogere said electricity was restored around 5:17PM.
