(SHAWSWICK) - A rollover crash Sunday night involved a drunken 21-year-old Mitchell man.
According to the Sherriff's Office report, Dustin Perry was traveling on Vinegar Hill Rd. about one half mile from Tunnelton Rd. in Shawswick. Perry reported his tire blew out, pulling his white Ford pickup off the road. He said when he tried to correct the vehicle, it rolled over, nearly ejecting him and causing bone fractures.
When Lawrence County sheriffs arrived on the scene, Perry was given a preliminary breathalyser test and blew 0.13, nearing twice the legal limit of 0.08.
