Bedford Salvation Army Gets New Leadership

(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Salvation Army on the corner of 17th and “K” Streets has had a change in leadership.
Coming from Kokomo, Ralph and JoAnn Ashcraft have taken over the reins of both the office and thrift store. Ralph says they are better known as Major Ralph and Major JoAnn.
Major JoAnn says she has some goals in mind including the budget and improving the thrift store. Major Ralph is emphasizing the need for volunteers. He also adds the main reason they are here in Bedford is to spread the word of God.
The Ashcrafts follow Major Debbie Miller who left for the Chicago area to receive her nursing degree.
