Two Arrested After Children Found Wandering

(SEYMOUR) - Two men are facing charges in connection with the discovery of a marijuana-growing operation near Seymour.
Troy Allman and Lonny Warnell are accused of cultivating marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Police uncovered the stash after they found Allman's young child wandering unattended with another child in the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge.
