Teen Charged With Possession Of Drugs

(FERDINAND) - A Huntingburg teenager was arrested for possession of marijuana following a routine traffic stop.
Indiana State Police Trooper Brian Laroche stopped 19-year-old Michael Friedel in Dubois County and called on K-9 Justice to smell for drugs. The search netted a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Friedel was also charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance. Friedel was then incarcerated in the Dubois County Jail.
