Owen Co. Man Arrested For Half-Naked Escapade

(OWEN COUNTY) - Indiana State Police have arrested a man for running half-naked down a highway in Owen County.
42-year-old Terry Mauder faces preliminary charges of public nudity and public indecency. The sheriff's department had received numerous calls since May of a woman running half-naked down the highway.
When Mauder was arrested, he was wearing a woman's wig so that it appeared as if he had long, dark brown hair. He was also wearing a red negligee top.
