Oolitic Woman Cited For Driver Distraction

(BEDFORD) - An Oolitic woman sustained minor bleeding to her face after she slammed into the rear of a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Avenue near Menaugh Avenue.
According to the police report, 21-year-old Brittnany Lanham was turned around in her car attending to her child when she crashed into the back of 17-year-old Sean Hehr, of Fredricksburg.
Police say Lanham left a 15-to-20-foot skid mark on the road with her tires.
Lanham was treated by Dunn Ambulance personnel for a small laceration to her lip. Lanham's child apparently was not injured, nor was Hehr.
Police cited Lanham for driver distraction.
