Ellettsville Woman Killed By Husband In Florida

(WESLEY CHAPEL, FLA.) - An Ellettsville native has been shot and killed by her estranged husband in the parking lot of a Florida strip mall.
Police say Mimi Saft Gayre had left her husband in Las Vegas several months ago and moved to Georgia.
Authorities say Tracy Gayre tracked her down there, stole her Jaguar with his own key, and told her to go to the strip mall to get it back.
When she got there, police say Tracy Gayre drove up in another car, pulled a gun and shot her. He led police on a chase through three counties before killing himself.
