(BEDFORD) - A benefit fund has been set up for the family of 5-year-old Zack Colvin of Bedford, who drowned at Lake Monroe Monday while spending the afternoon with family members at the Paynetown beach area.

Money from the fund will go toward burial expenses.

The boy was found in about 5 feet of water in the swimming area. He was later pronounced dead. The cause of death given was drowning.

It was the second drowning in a local lake within a week. The body of 17-year-old miles Halsted of Bloomington, was pulled from Griffy Lake last Thursday afternoon.

A deputy coroner said all signs point to an accidental drowning.
