Accused Murderer Asks For Change Of Venue

(COLUMBUS) - A change of venue request by murder suspect Demetrick Shepherd is being reviewed by a judge in Columbus.
Shepherd, who is accused of stabbing to death 14-year-old Chelsea Porter, has asked that his trial be moved from Bartholomew county to another county because of widespread media coverage and public outrage.
The trial is scheduled for December 4th.
