Washington Native Laid To Rest

(WASHINGTON, IN) - The funeral for 40-year-old Mark Kelsey, a Washington, Indiana native, was help this afternoon in the Washington High School gymnasium.
Kelsey died in a furniture store fire June 18th in Charleston, South Carolina, along with eight of his fellow firefighters on the Charleston fire department.
The Washington native's body was returned to his hometown Sunday with a police and fire escort.
Several hundred firefighters attended the service.
