Orleans Man Accused Of Cashing Forged Check

(BEDFORD) - Bedford police are investigating a report of check fraud after an Orleans man tried to cash a forged check at Bedford Federal Savings Bank.
Police were called after 21-year-old Joshua Russell attempted to cash a personal check. Russell was charged with possession of stolen property and fraud.
Detectives continue to investigate the case.
