Fairgrounds Site Of Purdue Forage Day

(BEDFORD) - Purdue Forage Day is being held today at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds.

Mike and Judy Chandler are hosting the event sponsored by the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service and the Indiana Forage Council.

Registration and lunch reservations will be at 8:30AM. Educational sessions will begin at 9:00AM.

Some of the activities include developing a grazing plan and best management practices for hay.

Lunch will be served with a noon program and equipment demonstrations will highlight the afternoon at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds.
