Deadly Charleston Fire Has Local Ties

(WASHINGTON, IN) - One of the nine firefighers killed Monday in the deadly Charleston, South Carolina furniture warehouse fire was born and raised in Indiana.
Mark Kelsey was from Washington--in Southern Indiana. The 40 year-old's parents still live there.
Southern Indiana firefighters including Kelsey's childhood friends, are looking into how they can help the fallen firefighter's family.
