Bedford Police Offering Firearms Training

(BEDFORD) - With the popularity of the Bedford Police Department’s Civilian Firearms program, another class will be held this weekend.

Bedford Police Department Major Dennis Parsley says the class will meet Friday at the Training Room at the Bedford Police Department from 5:00PM to 9:00PM. The class will also be offered this Saturday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM at the Lawrence County Police Department Firing Range.

A Level II and more advanced class will be held on July 28th for those who completed the first class. Parsley says it will be held at the firing range.
