Bedford Man Attempts Escape On Moped

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford resident was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest by fleeing and possession of a controlled substance.
24-year-old Chadley Lintz tried to run from police on his moped, but was quickly apprehended.
During a routine search, Lintz was found to have Xanax tablets on his person.
Lintz was then taken to the Lawrence County Jail and incarcerated.
