(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington-based MNB Technologies has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Navy to develop a field-portable supercomputer.
The device will be based on a conventional notebook computer, allowing the military to bring the device to the front-lines for more effective decision-making and mission planning.
It is expected to take about 30 to 36 months to complete.
