Loogootee Woman Arrested On Drug Fraud

(LOOGOOTEE) - A Loogootee woman was arrested at the French Lick Villas on a warrant for obtaining a legend drug by fraud.
Thirty-two-year-old Sherry Lett tried to obtain a legend drug with a fraudulent prescription. The offense is a Class D Felony.
Lett was arrested after an ongoing investigation conducted by Indiana State Trooper Christopher Cecil. Lett was taken to the Martin County jail and incarcerated.
