Hoosier Uplands Receives State Funding For Clinics

(MITCHELL) - Hoosier Uplands has been awarded $238,000 from the Indiana State Department of Health Community Health Center program.
The money will be used for two rural health clinics in southern Indiana.
The Martin County Health Center serves the Shoals area and Patoka Family Health Care Center serves the English area.
Hoosier Uplands Chief Executive Officer David Miller says the awards will allow the clinics to continue to serve the un-insured and under-insured families in the two areas.
