(COLUMBUS) - A new campaign aims to bring young Hoosiers into manufacturing careers in Southeastern Indiana.
The "Dream It. Do It." initiative is being launched by a coalition of Indiana businesses, educators, and community leaders in hopes of expanding education and training opportunities to create more skilled workers.
Cummins spokesman Mark Land says the Columbus-based engine maker has a hard time attracting workers with computer and other high-tech skills.
