Bedford Police Arrest Bikini Thief

(BEDFORD) - Bedford police were called to the J.C. Penney store at the Town Fair Shopping Center to a report of a shoplifter.
Store employees spotted 28-year-old Jessica Dalynn Amburgey attempting to leave with bikini tops and bottoms worth about $130.
When police arrived they charged Amburgey with theft and took her to the Lawrence County Jail.
