Bedford Mayor Files For Recount

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Mayor Joe Klumpp is looking for a recount of the 2007 Lawrence County primary election.
According to sources, the first-term mayor has filed a petition to recheck the votes cast in the May 8th Lawrence County primary.
With only a 25 vote difference between he and Jean Williams, Klumpp is looking to verify the exact count.
A committee will be chosen in the near future to begin the recount.
