(UNDATED) - With the Memorial Day holiday this weekend, many motorists are asking whether gas prices will be rising.

In the Bedford area, many gas stations are keeping prices below the $4.00 mark.

Circle K manager Blake Yeary says customer comments have been mild. He says that prices could actually drop within the next couple days. He says prices normally don't change at Circle K more than 2 times a week.

Julie Coble with Kocolene Service on Mitchell Road says customers there are angry at the oil companies, however, she has seen an increase in the number of patrons coming in.

Lisa Kirschbaum at Swifty Oil on 16th Street says customers are blaming the gas stations, but she says they have been swamped with business because of higher prices at the other gas stations.

The Memorial Day weekend traditionally sees gas prices raise as motorists head out to begin vacations.
