Two Arrested On Theft And Drug Charges

(BEDFORD) - Bedford police arrested two people on theft and drug charges.
Officers were sent to the Army/Navy Surplus store when the store owner called police.
Police found that 22-year-old Titus Bullard, of Spencer, tried to walk out wearing combat boots. After investigating more of the situation, police discovered Bullard's friend, 22-year-old Benjamin Dalton, also of Spencer, was in possession of methadone and oxycontin, a schedule II and IV control substance.
Both were taken to the Lawrence County jail.
