(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce is still accepting nominations for the 2007 Community Service Award.
The award is presented to a citizen who goes "above and beyond" the call of duty. Today is the last day to make nominations. A letter is needed explaining how the nominee has helped the Bedford Community to be a better place to live and work.
Recipients may be educators, businessmen or women, industrialists or volunteers that have shown dedication to their communities. The 2007 recipient will be honored at the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner set for Thursday, May 10th. Contact the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce at 275-4493 for more information.
