(MADISON) - The teen accused of driving his car into a Madison Regatta crowd last summer could face additional charges.
The Jefferson County prosecutor wants to add three charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon to the charges again Michael Bowen.
Three people were critically injured when Bowen's car plowed through a spectator area during the Regatta on July 2nd, 2006.
A judge will hear the evidence for additional charges next month. Bowen's next court date is set for Friday, when he will learn whether evidence collected immediately after the crash will be used at his trial.
