Two Taken In Hotel With Drugs
(JASPER) - Two Jasper men have been arrested on drug charges after they were found staying at a hotel in Dale, Indiana.
After a tip that the pair were in Dale, police issued an arrest warrant to 28-year-old Luis Palma and 28-year-old Roy Meserole at the Adult Plaza Hotel.
Police found two pounds of processed marijuana and over 3 grams of methamphetamine.
A 16-year-old female was there with the two men. She was released to her parents.
Palma and Meserole were charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and Schedule III and IV drugs. Other charges included maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Spencer County Jail and are currently being held without bond.
Police say they are continuing their investigation on this case.
