Judge Rules Against Berhman Death Retrial

(MARTINSVILLE) - The man convicted of killing I.U. student Jill Behrman will not get a new trial.
Judge Christopher Burham says John Myers' attorneys failed to prove jury misconduct took place during his trial for the murder of Jill Behrman.
Myers' defense team claims jurors drank too much and created a "circus-like atmosphere" while they were sequestered at a hotel.
Judge Burham claims even if the group acted inappropriately, the behavior did not affect the outcome of the case.
