Head Start Gearing Up For New School Year

(MITCHELL) - Beginning this Thursday, Hoosier Uplands Head Start will be accepting applications for the 2007-2008 school year.
Centers in Bedford, Mitchell, Paoli, Salem and Loogootee will be offering the service.
To be eligible for Head Start, the child must be three or four years old by August 1, 2007. The family must also meet the federal income guidelines.
All Head Start services are provided at no cost to those who qualify. Contact the center nearest you for more information.
