Car/Truck Accident At Tabernacle of Praise

(BEDFORD) - A Montgomery man suffered chest pains after he tried to turn into the Tabernacle of Praise parking lot just east of Bedford.
Police report 65-year-old Paul Wallace attempted the turn into the parking lot in his Dodge pickup when 40-year-old Jeffery Elder, of Medora, was heading in the opposite direction. Elder was hauling tires in a heavy-duty truck registered to Triple S Tire Co., from Washington.
The two vehicles collided, running into several mailboxes and damaging them. Elder was not apparently injured in the accident. Damage to both vehicles was estimated between $10,000 and $25,000.
