Bloomington Signs Agreement

(BLOOMINGTON) - Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Indiana and Bloomington Hospital have come to an agreement on a new multi-year contract.
The agreement includes Bloomington Hospital in Monroe County, Bloomington Hospital of Orange County, Bloomington Hospital Advanced Pain Center, Bloomington Hospital Regional Behavioral Health Services, Promptcare Physician Clinic, Southern Indiana Medical Group, Hospitality House of Bloomington and Bedford and Residence of McCormick's Creek.
This agreement was reached just days before a 60 day continuation period was scheduled to end March 1st. More than 100 hospitals, including every major hospital in the state, participate in various Anthem provider networks.
