Bedford Man Wants A Special Exception
(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Plan Commission Board met for the first time since September of last year and elected officers for 2007.
Re-elected were Board President David Jacobs, Vice-President Paul Patton and Secretary Myra Wilson.
A preliminary hearing was held for Kent Combs, of Combs Automotive. Combs is requesting a special exception for his building on East 16th Street, across from the Sprint gas station. Combs wants to use the property for display and sale of his vehicles.
The board agreed to his appeal. The Bedford Zoning board will meet in March and make a final decision.
