Springville Man Arrested After Found Slumped Over Steer Wheel

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police arrested a Springville man after he was spotted slumped over his steering wheel.
29-year-old Donald Corey Andis was found in an alleyway with his lights on and draped over the steering wheel. Police smelled alcohol on Andis' breath.
Further investigation found Andis with generic Xanex, a schedule IV drug. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and charged with public intoxication and possession of the schedule drug.
