Prank or Revenge on Theft of Moped?

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are trying to determine if the theft of an Indiana University official’s moped was a prank or a revenge-motivated heist.
The motorbike was found underneath a bridge between two dorms on campus.
The school judiciary board member who owns the moped says he'd forgotten to lock up the bike and says he wonders if someone unhappy with one of his rulings decided to seek retribution. The moped was mostly unharmed.
