Flood Waters Keep Roads Closed

(UNDATED) - Several flooded roads around the east fork of the White River continue to be closed including State Road 450 between U.S. Hwy. 50 in Shoals to State Road 37 in Bedford.

State Road 550 in Martin County between U.S. Hwy. 50 in Loogootee to U.S. Hwy. 150 near Shoals is also closed.

However, some roads have reopened. State Road 58 in Daviess and Knox Counties is now open and State Road 157 in Greene County is open.

Flood waters are beginning to recede, but, officials stress to never try and cross flooded roads. Turn around and look for alternate routes.
