Bedford Woman Receives State Award

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Commission for Women held their third annual Salute to Women recently.
One of the recipients was Natasha Johns from Bedford for her work on building the new Englewood Playground equipment. Johns spent many months raising over $60,000 to pay for the much needed playground for the special education students.
Johns was presented with the Woman of Promise award.
