Bedford Woman Charged After Slamming Into Auto

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford resident was taken into custody after she slammed into the rear of a vehicle stopped on State Road 37 and 16th Street in Bedford.
26-year-old Brittney Willis was talking on her cell phone when she came from behind and hit the auto driven by 25-year-old Roger Collier, of Mitchell.
Willis told police she didn't realize in time that Collier's vehicle was stopped. Police say Willis was at fault and charged her with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
