Washington Co. Man Turns Himself In To Police

(WASHINGTON COUNTY) - A Washington County man has been arrested on a warrant issued by the Washington County Circuit Court and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class C felony.
29-year-old Ralph Bobo, of Pekin, turned himself in at the Washington County Jail in Salem. A $10,000 cash bond has been issued. He is awaiting his first court appearance.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred last summer with a 15-year-old female victim. Bobo was previously convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor in 2000 requiring him to register as a sex offender.
