(BEDFORD) - Two Mitchell teens and an Orleans youth were arrested in Bedford after their vehicle became stuck on the railroad tracks.
The trio was trying to travel down 10th Street next to the tracks near Axsom Floor Covering.
When police arrived they found all three inebriated. Besides the public intoxication and illegal consumption charges, the driver was given an operating a vehicle while intoxicated charge and driving while license suspended.
A Jennings .22 automatic was found in the auto and the third youth was charge with having a handgun without a permit.
