Billboards In Bloomington To Come Down

(BLOOMINGTON) - A long-standing debate over billboards in Bloomington appears to be ending.

RBL management says it will comply with an order to take down signage on the city's north side by January 9th.

RBL had been ordered to take the signs down in November, but says the letter saying so never showed up at its offices.

The dispute ended when an appeals court ruled Hoosier Outdoor Advertising was in charge of the permits needed to post advertisements.
