(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man has been slapped with a number of criminal charges and has lost the care of his infant child.
Police arrested 24-year-old Travis Patton with neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana.
Police allege Patton fought with officers outside his apartment before he could be handcuffed.
Once inside the apartment, marijuana and a pipe with which to smoke it were discovered. One officer suffered a wrist injury as a result of her fight with Patton.
