Consulting Firm Selected For Bedford Road

(BEDFORD) - Bonnar Consulting Firm of Fort Wayne has been chosen to study the impact of a new road between 16th Street and John Williams Boulevard near the Big Lots Shopping center in Bedford.
The firm was chosen over 15 other companies that were asked by the city to submit their proposals.
Phase 2 of what will be called Plaza Drive is expected to begin in 2009 thanks to a delay from the federal government.
The new corridor is planned to ease traffic congestion in the area.
