Last updated on Friday, November 24, 2006
(COLUMBUS) - A Columbus man is recovering from injuries he suffered after being thrown from his all-terrain vehicle.
Police say 19-year-old Blake Eaglen was riding his four-wheeler in rural Bartholomew County when he was struck by a truck.
Twenty-one-year-old Brandy Steele was headed south when the northbound ATV clipped her vehicle. Police say Eaglen was not wearing any type of protective gear at the time of the collision. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
