Van Spins 180 Degrees In Accident

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man suffered a thumb injury following an accident on 24th Street and Mitchell Road.
Police say Marlin Hedge was driving up the curved hill on 24th Street. The pavement was wet and police say Hedge was driving too fast for the weather conditions.
The van Hedge was driving spun 180 degrees and ran off the road, then striking a tree. Damage to his vehicle was between $2,500 and $5,000.
