I.U. Student Receives Confiscated Items From FBI

(BLOOMINGTON) - The FBI says it’s terminating an investigation of an Indiana University graduate student.
Chris Soghoian created a website which wondered why the U.S. still has so many holes in its airport security and asked what was being done to correct them.
Agents raided Soghoian's apartment and confiscated computer equipment. The agency had alleged the man's website allowed for the creation of fraudulent airline boarding passes.
FBI officials say all Soghoian's belongings have been returned and he will not face prosecution.
