Columbus Man Appeals Murder Conviction

(COLUMBUS) - Another trial date has been set for a man convicted of killed his wife.
Fifty-seven-year old Albert Boyd will appear in a Bartholomew County court December 8th for allegedly battering his wife Ruth before he beat her to death with a metal skillet.
Boyd has appealed his murder conviction and says he was acting in self-defense.
