Bloomington Couple Arrested For Children's Bruises

(BLOOMINGTON) - A child’ mother and boyfriend have been arrested after Bloomington authorities discovered three young children with bruises.
Sarah Conley and Trevor Richardson both face charges of battery and neglect of a dependent.
The couple is said to have beaten the children; ages two, four and six; with a belt after they got out of bed. The children show bruises on the faces, torsos and buttocks.
All three are now in the care of Child Protective Services.
