(UNDATED) - The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority have announced energy assistance program awards for various organizations around the state.
Of the nearly $44-million in federal heating assistance, Hoosier Uplands Economic Development Corporation serving Lawrence, Martin, Orange and Washington Counties will receive over $1-million for their energy assistance program and over $130,000 for the weatherization program.
Elsewhere, nearly $2-million has been awarded to Shelby, Johnson, Decatur, Bartholomew and Jackson Counties for their energy assistance program and weatherization.
